Our Mission

Housing at the Scale of the Problem

We make it as easy to build high-quality, small-scale housing as it is to build conventionally.

The housing we need should be straightforward to build. It isn't. Design costs are high, permitting is uncertain, and timelines discourage builders. Most of the forces driving housing costs are beyond any city's control. Permitting isn't. That's where we focus.
