(“Pattern Zones”, “Us” or “We”), a Delaware corporation, collects, uses, protects and shares personal information of users of the website, www.patternzones.com and related sites, (“Site”) and platform (“Platform” and, collectively with the Site, the “Service”) and the choices users have with respect to their personal information we manage. Through the Service, Pattern Zones provides a platform for pre-approved buildings with simple development regulations, making it easy and fast to get a permit to build high-quality housing (“Services”). By using the Service and accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you accept the privacy policies and practices set forth herein. Pattern Zones maintains administrative, technical and physical procedures to protect information processed via our servers. Access to information is limited (through user/password credentials and two factor authentication) to those employees who require it to perform their job functions. We use industry-standard technology, including but not limited to data encryption and physical access controls to safeguard the information we collect from you.

We maintain your information to provide our Services and to maintain records of the Services. When we no longer require your information for maintaining your account’s past data history, we may delete your information.
